Eligible participants receive full, no cost ($0-cost access) to industry-recognized certifications and professional learning pathways delivered in official partnership with leading global technology organizations, including Google and DataCamp.

As a non‑profit workforce development program, the Academy removes financial barriers by providing free access to high‑quality, industry‑aligned training to underserved learners across Africa.

Rather than creating proprietary courses, BHN e.V. focuses on enabling free access to existing, world‑class, industry‑recognized training through structured workforce development pathways. This approach ensures participants gain practical, employment‑relevant skills aligned with real labor‑market needs.
