Fellows receive 12-month full access to and commit at least 8 study hours each week.

Step 1
Applications remain open year-round. Candidates complete a structured screening process and are selected based on motivation, readiness, and available places.

Fellows progress through foundation learning, specialization, applied practice, and a compulsory community capstone project.
Step 3
Participants build industry-relevant skills, recognized credentials, portfolio evidence, and stronger pathways to work, enterprise, and further learning.

Global professionals across Africa, Europe, and North America provide 1:1 guidance, cohort support, and practical career insight.
