About the opportunity
The Manager will grow qualified visibility and engagement across BHN’s website, search and approved digital campaigns, including Google Ad. The role will connect campaign strategy, search visibility, conversion tracking and landing-page performance with BHN’s programmes and public-engagement goals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage approved Google Ads campaigns in line with programme and organizational priorities.
- Conduct keyword research and build relevant campaign, ad-group and landing-page structures.
- Monitor policy compliance, account health, spend utilization, search terms, click-through rates and conversions.
- Define and maintain meaningful conversion actions with appropriate analytics and consent controls.
- Work with website and content colleagues to improve search visibility, landing pages and user journeys.
- Prepare regular performance reports that distinguish reach, traffic, applications, enquiries and other outcomes.
- Test and refine campaign copy, targeting and landing-page alignment using documented evidence.
- Protect account access and comply with BHN brand, privacy, security and approval requirements.
Person specification
Essential
- Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, search campaigns, digital analytics or performance marketing.
- Working knowledge of keyword research, campaign structure, conversion tracking and landing-page optimization.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into practical actions.
- Strong English copywriting, organization and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of privacy, consent and responsible digital measurement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with communications, website, programme and technical teams.
Desirable
- Direct experience managing Google Ads.
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certification.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Search Console, tag management or WordPress.
- Experience promoting education, humanitarian or development programmes.
